  1. 下载 protoc，并解压到 F:\GoPath\bin 下
  2. 下载 protobuf 源码，解压至 F:\GoPath\src\github.com\golang\protobuf
  3. 编译
    go install github.com/golang/protobuf/proto go install github.com/golang/protobuf/protoc-gen-go
