People may also choose to work in a team，where they can learn from each other and help each other。Besides ， they may work out better ways to get work done by discussion 。
Personally ，  I prefer to work in a team ，  which offers me a chance to learn how to get along well with others and to share my experiences with them。As the work can be pided among several people ，it can be done efficiently。Teamwork is always important 。
