今天的内容一直在强调天赋的重要性,作者的意思是只有做你有天赋的事情,才能做的出色,否则你再怎么努力也没法做到顶尖。这个和PEAK《刻意练习》的观点大相径庭,让我有些难以接受。因为以前我也觉得没有做好什么事是因为天赋,但《刻意练习》说到,只要找对练习的方法,进行练习-反馈-练习这样的正向循环,没有什么是练不好的。
所以我只能理解要做到世界上5%这样的顶尖,天分才必须吧。不过今天文章中关于巴菲特的故事很喜欢:不碰不懂的东西,保持耐心。这也是这几年交了投资的学费才领悟到的。
