How did Jane receive a letter from a stranger?
My daughter,Jane, never dreamed of receivingreceived a letter from a girl of her ownon same age in Holland. Last year, we were travelling (across) the Chanel and Jane tookput a piece of paper with her name and address on it into a bottle, and then throwed(She threw the bottle)it into the sea.She forgot of it.She never thought of it again.But ten months later, she received a letter from a girl in Holland. Now there two girls has written to each other regularly.(Both girls write to each other regularly now.)However, they have used(decided to use) the post office.The letters (will) cost a little more, but they will (certainly) travel faster.

1./??/舌身低平后缩舌后部抬起，舌位高于/a/音；双唇收圆，向前突出；长元音一定要拉长，才好听；美音中如果发/??/音的字母后面是r，发音为/?r/，相当于儿化音，如more。
练习感悟：
把发音不准确的单词写下来，然后记熟发音，再来跟读，错误的发音多次练习只会加深错误的印象，纠正更加困难。前期工作可能会枯燥，但是后期的收益是巨大的。
