We had 20 players and devided the class and we worked with 14 players.
1/Warmup~We did running with the ball using both feet.

图片发自App 2/Technical Drills~We did a continuation of of ball control skills using both feet and also using under the feet to roll the ball sideways.The content enables players to use different parts of the feet and to be under control of the ball when in possession.
