BEIJING, December 30 (TMTPOST) — Chinese smart device maker TRANSSION and enterprise collaboration platform Feishu have recently reached a cooperation deal on digital transformation.

Feishu will develop an enterprise collaboration and coordination platform for TRANSSION under the cooperation deal, helping the company achieve better collaboration and workflow internally and increase work efficiency and innovation capabilities.
TRANSSION is one of the Chinese tech companies that have gone international and tapped into emerging markets in the third world. It is dedicated to providing users with quality smart terminals and smartphones. The company provides mobile Internet service for users with its in-house smart terminal operating system and traffic entries. In 2020, TRANSSION shipped out 174 million smartphones. According to statistics from market research firm IDC, TRANSSION accounted for 10.6% of the global smartphone market, ranking fourth across the globe.
TRANSSION’s staff in China has all gone on Feishu. The company’s staff at overseas branches would also soon enter Feishu. The enterprise collaboration platform integrates enterprises’ service system and solves pain points such as customer service distribution, customer support bot and data analysis after launch several service platforms. Feishu will help TRANSSION promote its corporate culture, build up a knowledge management space and help staff move their work to online collaboration platforms.
Feishu is a one-stop enterprise collaboration platform developed by TikTok’s parent company ByteDance. The platform provides instant-messaging services within corporations and integrates tools such as calendar, cloud storage, workstation and online collaboration tools. Feishu works like a combination of Zoom, Slack and Google Docs. Feishu became popular in China during the pandemic as people had to work from home.
TRANSSION has attracted the most attention from foreign investors. In the last ten trading days (December 17 to 30), foreign investors have conducted research on 34 publicly listed companies. TRANSSION received the most attention as 27 investors showed interest by conducting research on the company, according to statistics from Shujubao.
