3、 有关CQC产品认证*公开文件可通过上网获取,
4、如果申请CQC认证，同时也申请CB**，请填写完“申请人承诺”后，继续填写CB*申请书 。
5、CQC认证与CB认证同时申请时，*商必须相同 。
6、CB申请书以英文填写为准，相同*内容可以* 。
