1、先使用import "strings"导入strings库 。
2、HasPrefix 判断字符串 s 是否以 prefix 开头 。
3、HasSuffix 判断字符串 s 是否以 suffix 结尾 。
4、可以看看判断的代码 。
5、在cmd下运行一下go run test.go，看看如下结果 。
6、Contains 判断字符串 s 是否包含 substr，也就是判断一下S是否在strings中 。
7、在cmd下运行go run test.go看看结果 。

2、增加环境变量GOROOT ， 取值为上面go语言gui不能编译的go工作目录
3、Path环境变量中添加";%GOROOT%\bin"，以便能够直接调用go命令来编译go代码，至此go编译环境就配置好go语言gui不能编译了
注：如果不想手动设置系统环境变量，也可下载go启动环境批处理附件 ， 
修改goenv.bat文件中go语言gui不能编译的GOROOT值为上面的go工作目录后直接双击该bat文件，go编译环境变量即设置完成 。
4、测试go编译环境 ， 启动一个cmd窗口 ， 直接输入go，看到下面的提示就是搭建成功了

5、编译helloworld测试程序，go语言包中test目录带有helloworld.go测试程序 ， 源码见"附一 helloworld.go"，
直接调用"go build helloworld.go"就生成了"helloworld.exe"可执行程序，运行一下这个程序看到了go语言gui不能编译我们期望的hello,wolrd 。

如何配置go语言开发环境1、下载gogo语言gui不能编译的zip文件 。并且一定要把文件解压到c:\go目录下 。
2、配置windows的高级环境变量 。包括：GOROOT、GOOS、GOBIN、GOARCH 。并且在path变量里面把c:\go\bin加入 。以便可以在命令行直接运行go命令 。
