【任何时候都不要评判你的人生】人生就像一道彩虹，一道颜色丰富、绚丽夺目的彩虹，其内蕴含着阳光的喜悦和雨水的眼泪，并一切皆如是的展现出来。
Life is like a rainbow. A multi-colored, multi-splendored thing in which the joy of sunshine and the tears of rainfall and reflected equally.

当我们看到挂着彩虹的整个天空画卷时，我们才意识到它的美丽。同样，人生真正的喜悦，不仅仅是得偿所愿，因为不管我们做什么，如何努力，事情并不会总是得偿所愿。
When we see the whole picture of the sky with the rainbow, we can appreciate it. Similarly, the real joy of life is not simply when everything goes our way, because no matter what we do, no matter what we gain, things will not always go our way.
唯一不变的东西是整个创造一直在变化，一切都在变化着。我们的身体在变化着，我们所爱之人的身体也在变化着。
The only constant thing in this entire creation is change. Everything's changing. Our bodies are changing. Our loved ones bodies are changing.
会有出生和死亡，会有胜利和挫败，有成功、失败、快乐、沮丧、开心、痛苦、名誉、耻辱、健康、疾病。
There's birth and there's death, there's victory and there's defeat, success, failure, happiness, distress, pleasure, pain, honour, dishonour, health, disease.
我们不能改变环境的本质，但我们能改变我们的意识。我们能够从内在找到那个（改变意识的）基石，并在这个基石之上搭建我们的人生。
We cannot change the nature of our environment, but we can change our consciousness. We can find that foundation within ourselves and then build everything in our life on that foundation.
一个充满怜悯心的基石，好过于充满嫉妒、傲慢和贪婪。当我们的内心有了怜悯，它就成了我们最大的原动力，不管做什么我们都会出类拔萃，因为我们有更高的目标。
A foundation of compassion rather than envy, arrogance and greed. And when we have that compassion within our hearts, it becomes the most powerful motivating force to excel in whatever we do because we have a higher purpose.
