首先，你得知道“物理”这个词怎么说吧？如果连Physics都觉得陌生，又怎么了解其它的名词术语呢？

一提起物理，第一感觉可能都是些特高深的词汇，但其实未必。比如，静止、恒定的、力、反作用力、方向，你都知道怎么说吗？它们分别是
rest、static、force、reaction、direction 。都是简单词，只是用到的时候，你不一定能对应得上而已。

比如，太阳光由7色组成。赤橙黄绿蓝靛紫，分别对应red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet。红光的频率最低，因此infrared（红外线）就是infra（在……之下）与red的组合。而紫光频率最高，因此ultraviolet（紫外线）就是ultra（超过）加上violet。两个
长一点的词，一拆解也变简单了。

物理学中有些组合词组，认识一个，就认识了许多。即使是很长的词组，有了熟悉的简单词在里面，也不会觉得过于陌生了。
比如一个“absolute”就能组成：absolute acceleration绝对加速度，absolute error绝对误差，absolute motion绝对运动，absolute temperature绝对温度，absolute velocity绝对速度，absolute zero绝对零度。
这部分词非常多，给我们记忆单词提供了极大便利。

以tron结尾的词，在物理学中相当多。有兴趣的可以自己去搜索。鉴于本人是物理渣渣（求物理学霸们鄙视），感觉太过专业的大量词汇会很打击自己的学习积极性，就不再多举了。
最后，照例推荐两本英文原版的物理学入门读物。
