再执行 netstat -tnlp

猜测可能出现的问题是Nginx的端口被占用
因此执行
ps -ef | grep nginx
pkill -9 nginx【关于Nginx不能正常启动的问题】

然后再重启Nginx服务

即可。说明问题已经被解决，可能出现的原因就是端口被占用了。
