尤山酱香酒的酿造者是贵州酿酒大师、“曹氏学派”第五代传人曹本强 。这款酒有两个特点:
第一，尤山酱香酒与京东有合作关系 。即使采用传统的“12987”酱香古法酿造工艺酿酒，产品质量也是严格把关，G R官方荣誉评级 ， 91分高分 。酒质中的总酸(乙酸)和总酯(乙酸乙酯)远高于国家标准，使得尤山酱香酒口感更加丰富 ， 入口柔和，回味无穷 。

4.茅台镇的酒
这款酒来自网易酵母 。网易YEATION是网易旗下的生活品牌 。可以算是中国的“无印良品”，物美价廉 。所以从品质上来说 ， 这种酱香酒还是有保障的 。
这款“茅台镇酒”生产的酱香型白酒与茅台采用相同的原料酿造，以当地著名的糯高粱和小麦为原料 。以赤水河水为水基，纯粮自然发酵 ， 采用传统的“12987”坤沙回沙酿造工艺酿造酱香型白酒，可与酿造的酱香型白酒品质相当 。
