Epson 330 can accept and process used ink cartridges in several ways, so it’s important to have an understanding of the process before attempting to do it yourself. There are several methods you can use to properly dispose of your ink cartridges, but one of the most common is to use an Epson 330 printer’s ink container.
The first step to disposing of your cartridges is to access the Epson 330 printer’s ink container. To do this, turn the printer off and then use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws on the rear of the printer. Once the screws are removed, the ink container should be visible. Remove the ink container by unscrewing the screws on either side, then carefully pull it out.
Inside the ink container there should be a series of separate sections. One section will be labeled “waste ink,” and this is where you’ll want to place any used ink cartridges. It is important that these cartridges are placed in the right section so as not to contaminate the other compartments of the container.
Once you have placed the used cartridges in the waste ink section, close the container and make sure it is properly sealed. To seal the container, you can use a bit of tape or a rubber band. Once the container is sealed, reattach it to the printer by screwing it back into place.

The printer should be able to detect that there are used cartridges in the container and should begin the process of cleaning them out. Eventually, the printer should notify you that the cartridges have been cleaned and are ready for disposal.
