Step 1: Turn your printer off.
Step 2: Open the front cover of your printer.

Step 4: Locate the reset button on the right side of your printer.
Step 5: Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
Step 6: Release the reset button.
Step 7: Turn the printer back on.
Step 8: Close the front cover.
Step 9: Reinstall your ink cartridges.
Step 10: Your printer is now resetted and ready to use.
