摘 要
在一个现代化的城市中，占据人口大多数的外来人员基本上要靠租房来解决住的问题。租客常常花费了大量时间和精力还未能找到满意的住房。而房东也需要一个方便快速的平台将住房信息发布出去，以更快地获得收益。随着 Internet技术的普及和发展，人们对网上信息的需求不断增加。网络已经成为人们重要的信息来源。人们通过搜索在海量的网络信息中提取自己关注的部分。构建一个发布和获取出租房信息的全面快捷的平台，为所有有租房需求的人提供便利，成了一件必要而迫切的事情。
本文分析了在线租房管理系统的发展特点和市场应用需求，并通过对系统的界面、前台和后台各功能模块、数据库的设计，使用Apache+MySQL+PHP的开发模式来实现一个B/S模式的在线租房管理系统。
与传统方式相比，这种在线租房管理系统的传播行为更有针对性，可提高受众群体覆盖率，节约时间和资源。同时，由于系统完全基于网络平台实现网络传输和管理，信息传播不再受地域的限制。用户可随时随地发布信息，充分发挥了现代高新技术的优势。
系统致力于真正满足用户对房产信息的需求，以免费方式开放给各种类型的用户，为用户提供高质量的房产出租信息。系统主要实现了用户管理，房源信息管理，新闻中心，留言板，用户反馈，房源搜索等功能，并为用户提供天气预报、票务信息等生活资讯服务。

Abstract
In a modern city, newcomers, occupying the majority of the population, largely depend on renting to solve the housing problem. Tenants often spend a great deal of time and effort but failed to find satisfactory housing. The landlord also needs a platform to facilitate rapid information dissemination in order to get the house rented and make incomes more quickly. With the development of Internet technology, the demand of online information has been increasing. Network has become an important source of information. They extract their concerns from the mass of information through searching the network. To build a fast and comprehensive platform for releasing and getting rental housing information to serve all tenants and landlords with the requirements has become necessary and a matter of urgency.
