Materials and Manufacturing Processes deals with issues that result in better utilization of raw materials and energy, integration of design and manufacturing activities requiring the invention of suitable new manufacturing processes and techniques, unmanned production dependent on efficient and reliable control of various processes including intelligent processing, introduction of new materials in industrial production necessitating new manufacturing process technology, and more. Information is offered in various formats, including research articles, letter reports, review articles, conference papers, applied research, book and conference reviews, and entire issues devoted to symposia.
All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editors, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer review is single blind and submission is online via ScholarOne Manuscripts.

【工具技巧|Materials and Manufacturing Processes期刊投稿经验分享】首先，按照期刊官网的Instructions for authors进行修改，期刊格式以及Word版基本格式。按照这两个格式要求完成后，基本上已经满足了，再进行细节补充，就能通过编辑，送给审稿人审稿了。
修改之前的重复率，修改之后满足5%的要求，文件会标注哪里重复了，忘记是6个还是8个单词看作重复。

顺序：title page; abstract; keywords; main text introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusions; acknowledgments; funding; references; appendices (as appropriate); table(s) with caption(s) (on individual pages); figures; figure captions (as a list)
文章题目：尽量不超过10个单词，反应期刊主题中的材料加工问题。The title of your paper MUST reflect materials processing issues and not properties and must be restricted to 10 words.
标题：必须包含四个方面：Introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusions; 这四个标题必须有，并且子标题不建议，具体参考该期刊最近文章。
Please make sure that your paper is arranged with the following section headings - abstract, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusions and then references followed by Figures and Tables. This is MANDATORY and NO other subheadings will be accepted.
摘要和关键字：200字摘要；10-15个关键字，以单个单词为主。
字体：12pt，2倍行距，Times New Roman。
正文：初稿20页，不含图表，并且图表放在最后面。
参考文献：按照要求来，或者之前的文章，近3年的文章最好。References must be ONLY in the ACS format needed for this journal.No more than 15% of the references can be from any single database.
