A|A cuasual mind on Jie Liangliang's pro-Japan comments

【A|A cuasual mind on Jie Liangliang's pro-Japan comments】A recent event that afemale post-graduate of Xia Men University posted few paragraphes of comments smacked of fully pro-Japan but against-China, her mother country, contents has touched off the furies of the whole society, both online and offline. The netizens were soon to "person-searching" her, named Jie Liangliang, to find out her to be an in-school post-graduate of the Life-and-Science School. People may not help asking why would such a highly-educated girl make such extreme hateful remarks? Is it an individual case or a typical sentiments of a group of people in today's China?
On one hand, we shall respect the basic human right as every one has the right to put out his/her opinions. So is true in this case. Jie Liangliang, the storm eye in this case, has her right to put on these remarks on weibo. But the fact is that her remarks have obviously offended the great majority of Chinese people in their emotions of the Sino-Japan relationship and the history of anti-agression war. So in this sense, her right to voice her opinions is justifiable but the content of her remarks are also condemnable. So in this standpoint, Jie Liangliang has no right to claim the netizens have voilated her speech right.
On the other hand, why would happen a highly-educated person made such hateful remarks against her own country? The essence of eduation lies exactly in two purposes--- not to forget the past and to look the future with a clear mind. But unfortunately, these two purposes clearly failed in the course of Jie Liangliang's education. Due to the limited sources released, we know little about her so that we can't draw conclusions hastily or labelize her rashly. But from the remarks she had posted, she seemed to hold a strong aversion to those publically, often in high-profile, patriotic actions. This shall clearly run counter with our education purpose, which since the elementary school has been lying oversize emphasis on patriotic education. We may shall also reflect that have we done it excessively, or to be said, crossed the line? As the old saying goes, going extreme/ beyond the limit is as bad as falling short.
Besides, both her graduated university and the current post-graduate studying university have expressed their serious and stern attitude to this case, hinting they will severely punish her until to suspend her. One thing to bear in mind is that they both shall let emotions overtake their sensibility---that means any punishment made must be based on the in-school students conducts code and the university's regulations. As the saying of Francis Bacon goes, “An unfair trial, than the harm caused by crime penalized by ten times, because of crime but dirty water, without a fair trial is corrupted the source of water.“
In the end, from this case, every one can, and shall draw a lesson that there are always some bottom lines that you cannot cross, some general sentiments you cannot challenge. Your remarks in public are the truly reflection of your inner persona and qualities, so when you are crying out your disdains in public, you are also the disdainful targets of others.
