关于平年闰年的判定方法:
看看年份是不是4的倍数 。如果是4的倍数，这一年通常是闰年 。
如果不是4的倍数 ， 这一年通常是正常年份 。
公历年是一整百，必须是400的倍数才是闰年，否则就是平年 。
