When summer comes, the air is stuffy and the temperature is so high. Thanks to the invention of air-condition, people are no longer suffer to the hot weather, they can stay at the indoors and enjoy the coolness that air-condition brings. But the problem comes, when people count on air-condition for a long time, their bodies will be weaker.
Some people feel dizzy and have no strength to do their work, some people are easy to catch the cold. All of these symptoms are typical illness which is from air condition. Though air-condition brings us comfort, we will get sick if we use it all the time. We need to go outside often, even is hot, what’s more, taking exercise is needed. The natural environment is suitable for us to live in, we can’t count on air-condition for a long time.

More and more people are glad to have the dinner in the restaurants instead of cooking and having at home. However ，  no matter what it is ，  a harmouious and peaceful night is the favorite of everybody here.

It is known to all that track and field is dominated by black men, they run so fast and win many championships. Asian people can’t compete with them. Many years ago, Chinese athlete Liu Xiang had broken the rule, he occupied an important place in track and field. Since he retires, no one can fill the blank space. But recently, we see the hope, some new Chinese athletes made the record.
The four guys won the relay race, they got the second prize, which recreated the history. When people saw them competed with the white men and black men, no one thought that they could win the prize. We are so proud of Chinese athletes, they show to the world that yellow men can compete with the world. We are looking forward to seeing more new break through.
