遇到老板燃气灶点火装置处理方法如下:(1)电池电量不足,一般电池的使用寿命为半年至一年,应及时更换电池;(2)高压输出导线被击穿或开裂,造成漏电,可以通过更换新的导线排除故障;(3)电极针由于积垢太多,放电弱造成点火失败,应经常清洗,保持电极针清洁;(4)电极针与点火支架距离不当,会放电较弱或不放电,应将其距离调节至34mm;(5)点火器电路板损坏,应及时更换;(6)压电陶瓷打火器一般寿命比较长,可连续打火30000次以上,但在寿命期内,也会出现打不出火的现象;(7)击锤弹簧无力地撞击压电陶瓷无法产生火花,应更换弹簧;(8)点火机构松脱而无力点火,则拧紧机构元件;(9)由于电极有污垢,电极与接地放电端子之间距离偏移造成无法点火,可以通过擦拭电极,调节电极鱼端子之间距离至34mm并紧固好排除故障;(10)带有熄火保护装置的灶具,成功点火后即松开旋钮火焰会熄灭,是因为此时装置处于工作状态,可以待燃气燃烧几秒钟后松开旋钮即可 。
