Preparing for the Inkjet Printer
1. Gather power cords, printer software and manual, USB cable, and any other accessories.
2. Install the printer driver on your computer following the instructions in the manual.
3. Connect the power cord according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Performing a Hard Reset on the Printer
1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
2. Wait for 30 seconds before plugging the power cord back in.
3. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
4. Press the power button again to turn the printer on.

Resetting the Inkjet Printer
1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
2. Use a small, flathead screwdriver to open the access panel.
3. Locate the reset button on the printer and press it for three seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer on.

Clearing Any Print Jobs
1. Open the printer menu screen by pressing the Setup button.
2. Navigate to the Print Settings section and select Cancel All Print Jobs.
3. Exit the printer menu and restart the printer.

Restoring Printer Default Settings
1. Press the Setup button to access the printer menu screen.
2. Select the Settings option and then select Printer Reset.
3. Select the Reset All Settings option and then press OK to confirm.
4. Exit the printer menu and restart the printer.
