页面模板不显示在下拉菜单中

我是PHP新手, 我使用Genesis框架制作了第一个自定义页面模板。
我已经为主要父代Genesis创建了一个主题子代, 它是活动的且可识别为子代, 主题仪表板上没有错误。
问题很直接, 当我将模板放在父目录中时, 没问题, 创建新页面时, 它会显示在页面模板选择的下拉菜单中, 但是, 当我将其放在子主题的目录中时, 它现在显示。
我试图将index.php复制到子目录, 但没有成功, 它仅显示在父目录中。
我到处都看过, 有一个问题, 我认为这是通过wordpress方法找到的, 它仅在父母的目录上查找主题模板, 而没有孩子。
