参数：

color：它是要绘制的线条的颜色。对于BGR, 我们传递一个元组。例如：(255, 0, 0)为蓝色。
粗细：是线条的粗细(以像素为单位)。
line_type：表示绘制线的类型。
shift：表示点坐标中的小数位数。
tipLength：表示箭头尖端相对于箭头长度的长度。
