2. 胸腺瘤可无症状体检偶然发现，部分伴重症肌无力等表现，应注意仔细询问病史；
3. 影像学表现为前纵隔球形/卵圆形、边缘光滑或分叶状软组织影；
4. 以临床诊断为主，通常无需活检，前纵隔肿物伴副肿瘤综合征（重症肌无力）基本上可确诊胸腺瘤；
5. 治疗以手术切除为主，预后较好 。
