Canon G2000 waste ink reset
1. Turn off the power of the printer, and then open the cover of the printer, and then push the button of the printer mainboard to switch on the power.
2. Press and hold the “Reset” button for 3 seconds, then the printer will start to print out the waste ink counter.
3. Take note of the figures printed out as it will be used as the reference for the reset process.
4. After that, press and hold the “Reset” button again, then release it. The printer will now start the resetting process.
5. After the reset is complete, the printer will print out a “Reset Complete” message.
6. Switch off the power of the printer, then close the cover of the printer and wait for 10 minutes.

8. Then, release the “Reset” button and wait for the printer to print out the page.
9. Then, the printer is successfully reset and the waste ink counter will be reset back to zero.
10. Finally, switch off the power and close the cover of the printer. The reset process is now complete.
