LOCAL_MODULE_TAGS ：=user eng tests optional
user: 指该模块只在user版本下才编译
eng: 指该模块只在eng版本下才编译
tests: 指该模块只在tests版本下才编译
optional:指该模块在所有版本下都编译

【android.mk中LOCAL_MODULE_TAGS说明】如果两次make之间选了不同的编译模式，则需要运行一下make installclean，确保本次make不会用到上次install的文件，也可以运行make clean，不过耗时较长。
