冬季气温骤减,日照时间也逐渐变短 。这种季节变化可能会引发季节性情感障碍 。对于这些症状,科学家认为,我们可以通过健康饮食来对抗心理异常 。

面对季节性情感障碍,除了健康饮食,我们还有许多能够进行自我调节的方式 。根据英国国家医疗服务系统(National Health Service,NHS)的建议[9],在黑夜漫长的冬天,我们应当多晒晒太阳,保持工作环境明亮通风,并进行有规律的户外锻炼 。倘若抑郁情况严重,应当寻求专业人士的帮助,尽早就医 。
