如果补充这些维生素和矿物质还是没效果 , 那就要尝试其他药物了 , 比如 , 可以选择在睡前口服苯海拉明(每晚12.5-50mg) 。注意 , 为谨慎起见 , 选择药物之前建议咨询医生或药师 。
总体来说 , 夜间腿部痛性痉挛很常见 , 绝大多数没有具体的原因 , 部分病例和某些药物、久坐、某些神经系统疾病等有关 。
缺钙虽然会引起夜间腿部痛性痉挛 , 但相当少见 。
夜间急性发作时 , 可以采取主动的足部背屈姿势——脚尖用力朝向自己的头部方向 , 这样可以缓解疼痛 。
平时预防的方法有很多 , 首选的是每天做腿部后方肌肉的拉伸运动 。
