研究表明,与那些不经常有亲密生活的人相比,每周的正常性生活似乎有助于提高你的免疫系统 。性行为会提高一种叫做免疫球蛋白a(IgA)的抗菌物质的水平 。但是越多不一定越好 。每周有两次以上性生活的夫妇体内的IgA含量低于完全没有性生活的夫妇 。
