醋的核心成分就是醋酸 , 不管是哪种醋 , 果醋还是米醋 , 评价它的关键指标都有醋酸含量这一条 。国家标准要求醋酸含量不低于3.5g/100ml 。
实验中使用的醋 , 醋酸浓度一般在5%~6%左右 , 购买的时候可以看下配料表 , 老陈醋等优质的醋都可以达到这个水平 。
但别为了效果大量吃 。长期大量吃醋 , 可能降低血钾;还可能干扰药效 。胃酸多、胃溃疡等胃不好的人 , 更要注意了 。
想要获益还是得坚持 , 长期才看得出效果 。实验中的吃法给你们做个参考:
一天15~30ml , 分2~3次;可以当调料 , 也可以兑水喝;随餐、餐后吃都可以 。喝完记得漱口 , 保护牙齿 。
如果想买果醋 , 注意别买成了“果醋饮料” 。看配料或者产品类型 , 是“调料”还是“饮料” , 一目了然 。可能是因为这几年宣传多 , 各种进口、国产的果醋选择越来越多 , 还是很容易买到的 。
最后还是那句话 , 没有哪一种食物可以替代均衡饮食 。如果因为吃了酸的胃口大开 , 就得不偿失了 。
