诊断算法可以最大化每种检测的优势,将它们联合使用以减少对新冠诊断不足和过度诊断的风险 。它们是大流行控制的重要工具,尤其当我们担心相关变异病毒的快速传播的时候 。由于大多数抗原检测的诊断靶点是核衣壳蛋白(nucleocapsid protein),并且相关变异的大多数突变都在刺突蛋白(spike protein)上,各国应毫不犹豫地推行抗原检测 。将扩大检测范围与适当公共卫生措施和疫苗的推广相结合会有效地帮助我们恢复正常的生活水平 。END
