头皮防晒
头发和头皮也会被紫外线损伤,除了戴帽子之外,可以考虑能修复日晒损伤的护发素 。
游泳技巧
氯对于头发也有影响,会吸走皮脂,让头发干燥分叉,所以建议先淋浴,让不含氯的水打湿头发,再带上硅胶泳帽,并在游泳结束后及时洗头 。
戒烟
有动物实验表明长期吸烟除了导致小鼠生殖系统发育受到影响、肺气肿风险增加外,还会引发脱毛、白毛等现象,因此考虑到吸烟的种种危害,还是建议戒烟 。
