对于身体条件较好的人群,可以进行专门的训练,如举重物(杠铃、哑铃),进行攀爬练习、提重物行走(农夫行走)、抓哑铃等方式提高提高握力(图6)[6] 。所以,提着大包小包东西逛超市,可不要嫌重,还好可以提高手的握力呢!
