很多纯素食主义(蛋奶都不吃)的人 , 容易出现蛋白质营养不良、贫血、抑郁、周围神经退化、记忆力减退甚至痴呆等各种问题 , 就是因为这些营养素的摄入量不足 。
所以 , 如果你坚持素食 , 请定期复查自己体内这些营养素的水平 , 避免严重缺乏 。
还是那句话:科学管住嘴 + 合理迈开腿 = 健康的体重 。
