伴随着学业、工作的压力,很多人越睡越晚,不少人都爱上了夜间宁静的感觉,也有不少夜猫子确实发现一到夜晚,整个大脑都灵活了起来,记东西更快,做事情似乎更有效率 。
然而早在40多年前,科学家就证实了这种违背生物节律的短暂的“高效”记忆,其实并没有人们想象的那么牢固,时间稍微一长,就都忘记了[30] 。
也就是说,想用熬夜来学习只会“事倍功半”,安慰自己多学了一会儿罢了 。

为了自己的健康着想,能不熬夜还是不要熬夜了 。
年轻时拼命赚钱,老了就只能花钱买命 。纵然有诸多无可奈何,健康终究是自己的 。
